When generating a trade-in quote or scheduling drop-off/courier collection, we collect: full name, contact phone number, email address, physical delivery address for courier pickups, and device serial numbers for inspection matching.
Your details are used strictly to communicate quote updates, authenticate quote tracking sessions via one-time passwords (OTP), generate courier shipping manifests, and disburse UPI/RTGS payouts. We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party marketing networks.
While sellers are required to sign out of iCloud and erase personal data before handover, our certified hardware technicians execute an independent cryptographic multi-pass overwrite (NIST 800-88 compliant) on all SSD storage upon ownership transfer.
